There are not enough stars to rate properly! I would give 100 stars to the coaches and the platform as a whole. Have loved my 6 weeks with soSerene! Would love to see coaches suggest alternative moves (to something simpler) if the person can't do everything they show - such as alternatives to full planks, floor push ups etc.
Loved the WhatsApp group to keep me accountable, as well as the gentle support for catching up and understanding that life happens too. You've shown me that you need only 20 minutes to get a workout done, not an hour, and started off at a slower pace for those of us starting from scratch. I cannot recommend this course enough!
It's been an overall wonderful experience. Never thought I would exercise at 9pm at night but with this challenge I did instead of giving up!
